At times, the front desk staff came across as short and somewhat bothered by interruptions during their shift, while the outdoor staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The beach in front of the resort is small and packed between a large public beach and a few larger resorts. The constant foot traffic passing through the middle of the beach can be a bit distracting. Overall, it’s a beautiful island, but the resort itself is just average. "
