"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. When we first checked in, the room was not properly cleaned, which resulted in us having to request and move to another room. Staff did assist with the room change, but it was frustrating to deal with after arriving. Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail from the hotel."

"Pros - Easy check-in process - Very clean - Good location - Nicely designed suite Cons - The digital key did not work at the main building entrance; however, we entered via the parking lot - The shower had no water pressure at all; almost to the point of a drizzle. Not sure if it’s a building issue or the shower head in the suite. Tried turning the shower head to see if it had other settings but it didn’t."
