"Yes!!! Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy were hot and delicious!!! The suite was very spacious. Bathroom floor was dirty- had long black hair in the corners. The tub didn’t drain very fast. It could use a few updates. "

"This was a unique stay in an old mansion, which was very well decorated. I loved the furniture!! Quiet neighborhood, and a friendly Siamese cat that demanded cuddles on the front porch, which I gladly gave. I was in town to visit my cousin who goes to Benedictine College, so didn't really do much in St. Joseph itself, except eat dinner at Boudreaux, which was tasty. "

"Room was surface clean at least. Towels were clean. Blanket on the bed had a cig burn in it. Shower was not really clean. What looked like possible blood on bathroom door. There is only the bed, tv, and table with one chair which the mini fridge is sitting on. No chairs to sit in. Had to lay or sit on bed. TV didnt work upon arrival, however they did replace it with a working one. Pool was drained and closed "for maintainance" but it looked like it hasnt been operable in sometime. It was in poor condition. Parking lot in bad shape, full of potholes."

"Everything we needed for our short stay! Bed was wonderful; microwave and fridge in the room. Amelia checked us in, and was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable - a good start to our day!"

"My wife and I had a great experience at Ameristay Inn. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect..cereal, fruit, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. Pet Friendly. A/C works great. Right by the highway. Gas stations and places to eat close by. We will stay again."
