Downside are the two massive construction sites close to the hotel but within 5 minutes of walking you can hit the nicest spots around Munich. It is a bit of a "party" hotel due to the popular bar and the restaurant but that also could be seen as a plus."

"Very nice hotel in a good location near the Central station. Had a great little bar and breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The Walk to the Old Town is about a mile and a half or a short tram ride. There are many transportation options right out the front door of the hotel. Great stay on our visit to Munich"
