"Wonderful staff who go out of their way to do anything to help. Great restaurant for breakfast and evening meals. Enjoyed the jazz night. Rooms are a bit out of date, jaded. Please don’t put so much furniture in the room! But please put in some sockets near the bed for charging phone and simple hooks for hanging jacket, handbag and other stuff. Makes such a difference when a hotel has simple additions like this. "

"Overall our stay was excellent, the only downside was the fire Alarm at approximately 0230 Thursday morning. The process seemed to be carried out properly, bearing in mind it was pitch dark and a lot of people were sleepy and a disoriented. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to others."

"Hotel is walking distance to St Helier as long as you don't mind the up hill bit in the return, nice grounds, clean carpets and excellent waiting staff who couldn't be more polite. The hotel must be fairly old, the walls between the rooms are quite thin and you can hear other rooms along with creaky floor boards which spoilt an otherwise pleasant stay."

"Spacious apartment overlooking the harbour. Supplied with milk, coffee, jam and in the morning croissants & scones. Only downside was the bedding it was all man made fibres cotton would be preferable."

"Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit des gesamten Hotel ist sehr gut. Allerdings war unser Standardzimmer abgewohnt. Teppichboden der sich an manchen Stellen löste. Möbel die deutliche Abnutzungen aufwiesen. Badezimmer mit einer Wanne als Dusche mit Vorhang. Schwimmbad sehr schön. "
