Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel

"I appreciated being able to book this stay at the last minute and still secure a comfortable room for my family and I. We were in town for a musical at the Festival Theatre, and the convenient walking distance made Best Western an easy choice. Even though we walked, complimentary parking was included, which is a rare and appreciated amenity. A special shoutout to Debbie, our waitress. She was warm, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. She’s a real asset to your team and deserves recognition for her great service!"
Sandman Hotel & Suites London Downtown

"I stayed at this particular location about 10 years ago. It wasn't a Sandman's then. It was a modest-looking hotel. The price was less than $100 per night. My accommodations were dated and modest. It fit the expression, "you get what you pay for". I recall that the furniture appeared to be from a second-hand store, along with a dated TV. All different now! This hotel has been upgraded! The lobby, along with the breakfast room, is clean and very modern. My room was immaculate with great Wifi, TV, bed and other amenities. For the price, it was very good for downtown London (a downtown chain hotel usually cost over $400 per night...I paid a fraction of that for this wonderful hotel). The breakfast food like sandwiches were pre-packaged, fresh fruit and plentiful. I would fill my plate and head back to my room. I will definitely b back at this hotel for my visits to London, Ontario."

"Loved that it was only a 15 minute walk to University Hospital. Beds were great and the Inn was very quiet. Great sleep. Definitely will stay there again when I have an early hospital appointment."

"The staffs were so friendly and super helpful, the rooms was so clean, the bed was comfy. We booked for 2 nights. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately, due to the fact that we smelled cigarette in our room. We are non-smokers, we suspected someone in another room smoked inside their room led to the smell of cigarette got transmitted through to our room. My wife was sensitive to smoke and started coughing since then, she couldn't get to sleep until she took inhaler and put a mask on."

"Modern decor. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds! I slept like a log. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. St. Marys is a quaint little town. The free parking assigned to the suite is not convenient (2 blocks away). Be aware that access to the suite is via a long, steep, narrow set of stairs. A bit of a challenge if you have large suitcases and a cooler."
