The staff are very attentive and informative about things to do in Zermatt. The Lounge is a fun place to hang out with live music which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend this property if you are heading to Zermatt. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made a difference. I was able to check in late, even after reception hours, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. When we had to check out early in the morning, they kindly provided us with breakfast to-go, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best spot to stay at, if you want to be near the train station as restaurants. Overall, excellent service and hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
