"Best room I’d ever had in this hotel. Very spacious and great view across the Heath although the trek up and down stairs was labyrinthine! Breakfast was good and choices extensive. Nice bar and sports room. The only bad experience was the laundry room: only available after 5:00 pm and even then I had to unload a washer full of the hotels wet sheets and towels to use a washer only 1 of 3 was working and then I had to move all the hotels linens out of a dryer to use that. And they charged me an extr $10 for the privilege!"

"Nice room but it wasn’t exactly soundproofed, we could hear a person in the next room (I stayed in room 128) was snoring very loudly the wooden floor was conducting the sound/vibration it was impossible to sleep. Can’t fault the kindness of the staff they were good "

"Very clean, & well presented. Everything you needed for self catering, Good shower pressure, with plenty of room."

"Staff were good but definitely not worth the money for an executive suite. The shower was in need of repair, the ceiling paint flaked off midst shower and the shower was really not what was expected for an exec suite. Breakfast was okay but limited and food was okay - I had room service - pizza was greasy and the drink I had chosen was out of stock and then had to wait a further twenty minutes for the alternative. The bed was comfortable, towels fluffy but really not worth the money. "

"Stayed in executive room 4th floor with balcony. Spacious and clean with a very comfortable king size bed and sofa. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Nice range of tea and coffee facilities. Conveniently located for O2 using DLR two stop to Canning Town then jubilee line one stop. Lovely cooked breakfast available. Impressive interior with opulent central stair case. Would stay again. "
