She genuinely made a big difference to our experience and deserves recognition. The hotel itself was very clean, and although the room was a bit small, it was tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to sightseeing spots, which made exploring very convenient. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great addition to the stay. Overall, we had a really good experience and would definitely come back again."
