10/10 Excellent

"Suite 220. Lovely clean rooms: sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. TV in both Sitting Room and Bedroom. Lovely to have air-conditioning and an additional fan. Could do with summer duvets, as it was very warm in the bed. Lovely view of the Wildlife Park, lovely to see the Bush Dogs moving around their enclosure."

"It was a nice stay. The location is excellent really close to railway station and Winter garden and city centre next door. I liked vibe of the lobby and bar atmosphere. The room was spacious and had good amenities and a big tv, although the volume is set low. I get the need to not keep up the neighbours, but I struggled to hear the tv. I liked the fact that you could open the bedroom window to let in some air. The bed was comfy and bathroom had quality free toiletries. The toilet wasn’t in the bathroom which I found a little odd and the picture in the room of a work vest was a little strange. The breakfast was tasty and a good range of options. Overall I feel that the hotel was a good value and I’d stay again, but a few little tweaks could make it exceptional."

"Although small, the room was very clean and comfortable and adequate for a short stay. I would not recommend it for 2 people. It was very hot though and needs better ventilation or some air conditioning. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Parking was limited but we did manage to get a space. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facility in the room as the communal kitchen was very dirty with unwashed pots and lots of unpleasant food in the fridge. That said, there was a lady cleaning it the second day we were there. This was very suitable for a short stop-over and I would use it again."
