"Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again. "

We also loved the Santa tray - this was our first time doing Christmas away and my kids were a little sad at not doing the traditional things, but that tray (and the chocolate treat left by Santa) was so cute and much appreciated.
