"This is my idea of the perfect hotel. It was beautiful, had so much character and life. The bar and restaurant area seemed to always have something going on and was a fun place to hang out. The room areas were nice and quiet. We barely saw or heard another guest even though it was booked. Staff were always cleaning and everyone was so nice and helpful. Our trip to Manchester was fabulous and staying in this hotel was the best part of a wonderful vacation. "

"Honestly, blew me out of the water. I wasn’t expecting this to be nearly as nice as it was based off of the price. This has actually been the best hotel experience we’ve experienced since coming to the UK two weeks ago - from the friendly male Indian staff member to the luxurious building/interiors/design to the massive room with lofted ceilings and nice amenities - with details like having our bags sent up to the room and cucumber water in fine glasses at the front - I was thoroughly impressed. And I’m usually quite the critic. Thank you! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a relatively new hotel so everything is super clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom with walk in shower. The property is a very short walk from Piccadilly station which makes it very convenient when travelling and also close to restaurants and bars in the city centre."
