"We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"

"Property needed repairs. Poor facilities. Dusty and dirty surfaces. No communication prior to arrival that TV service and wifi not working. On a positive, the beds were comfortable. "

"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. However very confusing that received 2 invoices - 1 from Homeaway and another from Crabtree and Crabtree. Confusing as to what was being paid for what. "This was my FAVOURITE stay out of my roadtrip around the UK, really fell in love with the place. It might be my princess side coming out but staying in a castle was such an experience. Highly recommend, the reception staff was so nice! We also had a drink at the library bar and ate at the restaurant which was delicious. Exceptional service all the way. It’s a hotel where a car is necessary to get around however, this should be considered when booking this hotel. This being said, I would visit again anytime! "

Walworth Castle Hotel, BW Signature Collection

"The setting is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Hansard Suite and this was a great size, the sofa is super comfy and the 4 poster bed is very comfortable. The restaurant food was outstanding and we cannot give enough praise to Ashley the restaurant manager and the young man on front of house reception who made our experience so exquisite. "
