"The location of the hotel is super convenient to the train station and attractions of Lucerne. The room is spotlessly clean, the complimentary sparkling water was a very nice welcoming gesture to our stay; though the room is a bit small for 3 of us, but it is sufficient and functional. The bath tub is a savior to our day long hike, help us relax; highly recommended "

"Amazing hotel with true 5 star amenities and service. Location is great, a bit further away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but within a few minutes walking distance. Opting for the lake view rooms is definitely worth it. Staff was also fantastic, especially at the front desk. They went above and beyond was expected from them. The only thing that falls short of 5* is the Juliette restaurant (which also serves the breakfast). Several dishes don't taste as good as you would expect. For instance, my egg benedcits were severed as hard boiled eggs! (staff happily replaced the dish but i had to wait another 10-15min)."

"AC was important for me and theirs worked, great breakfast buffet that had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, potato pancakes. Also had smoked salmon which was delicious and included fruit (pineapple, watermelon, grapes, cut into small pieces.. as well as banana, apple and plum). Had great Italian restaurant (called cucina, had fantastic moscato, veal with rissotto was great as well... i heard prosciutto pizza and lamb chops were a hit as well..... they had a rooftop bar/lounge ALSO!"
