"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"We had a wonderful time and were very well taken care of. There was an issue caused by Expedia during our stay which the hotel staff resolved with utmost thoughtfulness and professionalism. I did not see a hotel employee in the 3 days we stayed and that felt impersonal and vague. "When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well.
