"Love the space and kitchenette. Excellent for small families and more long-term stays. Laundry facilities were brand new and convenient. Very helpful staff. Liverpool Station is a 7 min walk and has lots of transportation options but it is about 20 mins by tube from central London and all the sight-seeing.

"One night stay at NHOW. Very modern and chic rooms. All with a British royalty theme. Hair dryer and iron and ironing board in room. Plenty of plugs and usbs in the room. Staff were very friendly and present on reception at all times. Luggage facility available too"

"Overall this is a great hotel—wonderful neighborhood near all major London attractions, friendly and clean, comfortable bed, lovely restaurant and place to lounge during the day. The bathrooms inside the hotel rooms are barely private as there are no actual doors and solid walls, just a sliding glass door. Also, I would have appreciated complimentary coffee rather than having to pay for it each morning. Little touches like this would have added to the experience. Unfortunately this seems to be...
