"Excellent location for this superb hotel, friendly service from all staff, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities (the Nespresso coffee machine and Bose Wave Soundtouch are excellent items to have in the room). I don't know if all rooms have these but the bathroom had a full bath, separate rainfall shower and twin sinks. The air conditioning worked well, which was apprecaited in the 28C heat and humidity during our trip."

"Great hotel, friendly staff. Many thanks to Shadeen and Penelope at the reception desk for being professional, attentive and kind. Hotel looks great, modern and upbeat. The atmosphere and ambiance at the lobby is great. Room was a bit small for my taste. A/C can be improved. Glasses in the room and the bathroom need to be placed on a paper pad, which was not there (?). There was a bird droppings on my window which I asked to be cleaned and I am sure the reception desk made a note, but the maintenance staff did not bother to do it. The location is great, right beside the river, cathedral and many sightseeings. The breakfast was great with good quality. There should be some movie and entertainment channels to be added to the tv. Overall, I would stay again at this hotel. Thanks again to Shadeen for upgrading my room. "

"Service and staff were what differentiated the the Rui Plaza, great checkin and cleaning standard in the room was high. Comfortable beds, Great shower (hot water, good pressure). Really good rate for the standard of hotel. Aircon quiet and effective, Important as windows didn’t open. Breakfast price a bit high and had to hunt for power sockets with none on the desk area. Otherwise a very good stay. "

"The room was clean and bigger than expected for single occupancy. Short walk to Potsdamer Platz. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it was €27 (€24 if booked in advance) which is expensive but comparable to what other hotels charge I guess. Overall a good experience "
