"The bed was a full, not a queen. The fire alarm malfunctioned and the entire hotel was evacuated in the middle of the night and we were told it was a circuitry issue. The TV did not work. This place sucked."

"The location was very bad at night. It was very scary to work there because they were prostitution and a crossroad there where each nature there were a lot of homeless crazy and under drugs people on the street, very close to the entrance sometimes it was difficult to get to the hotel because and we need to cross the road host homeless crazy people and then enter to the hotel so the location is very bad because of the Tomlinson, staring under drugs, people the cleanest of room for me it was nasty. I didn’t like it. It was very at the first plans you could talk. It is like OK but actually for me it was disgusting next the room was smelling and the smell was like smelling old smell like the building older or I don’t know how to explain the smell but smelling that smell. It seems like it’s old and like not clean the second day they didn’t they didn’t clean the room at the morning. We were expecting them as usual every hotel but the morning each morning usually people coming cleaning the room, but they didn’t clean it."

"Clean room, staff was great. However, the hotel may be too close to noisy areas in SF to guarantee a restful and quiet night. I had difficulty sleeping without being awoken by police or ambulane sirens and people shouting outside the hotel. As for the complimentary breakfast, there wasn't much. They ran out of milk for the cereal very quickly. And the cereal was the highlight of the breakfast options. Yotel did hold my suitcase for me even after I checked out of my room which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was an average experience for me, and I do appreciate the service of the staff."

"The street is very narrow. There was convenient off street parking. Odd kitchen setup. Hot plate type induction cooking, toaster oven and microwave-no oven or range. Nice large TV but only a futon on a side wall so not set up for a relaxing living space or to watch TV comfortably. Comfortable bed. No shoes allowed in the house which was off putting."

"Great location with so many food options around. Very walkable area. The staff was super friendly, and the room was super cute with ample space for my family. We would definitely return!"

"Over all the stay was positive for the price. The neighborhood was safe, we had front parking the whole time we were there which was a plus and it had all the basics. There is a small market/liquor store in walking distance. The unit is small, walls thin, and bed could use an upgraded mattress but there were no major complaints unless you are expecting luxury, it is not. The host communicated well (although I did have to request info). It worked for us because we spent most of the day out and about. "
