"The Bar Harbor Manor was a lovely place to stay. We went off season so it was very quiet and easy to park in the downtown area. However you can walk downtown. The Manor offered a small breakfast in a cozy living room with a fireplace. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. I definitely recommend staying here."

"My wife and I love this hotel! The woman at the front desk was so great and welcoming upon our arrival late Saturday night. We were greeted with great hospitality and complimentary brownies and baklava. Both of which were amazing! She asked if we had dinner plans and proceeded to prepare a great list of local restaurants to try out while we settled in to our room. The room was large and beautifully decorated, and once we came out to grab our curated list of restaurants we ended up trying exactly what we were told we should try at Tap and Barrel Tavern. Both dishes were amazing! 1 million out of a 1 million stars, would definitely recommend. Would love to find another excuse to come back all the way from California."

"Wonderful stay! Especially the Great Room with Bill Trowell on the piano and Neil the bartender. Breakfast at the Looking Glass restaurant (not free) was excellent. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!"
