"Hotel lived up to exceptions. Great room service and bar."

"Really nice hotel overall and very good value. Two things to note: 1. Their valet parking is basically required because there’s no easy parking near the hotel. It’s $40 a day. 2. The room can be quite noisy due to it sitting right above the highway. Our room is on the highway side so it’s really loud. Try asking for a room on the other side if you can. The breakfast is very good and overall an excellent hotel. "

"Worth spending the extra money, than the Sheraton. Family friendly and convenient if you have little kiddos like I do. Definitely Would stay here again in the future when going to Universal Studio/Hollywood tourist spots."

"I liked the girl that was at the front desk. She was quick, precise, nice, and accommodating! I had a small incident with a guest in my room, and she very clearly helped me navigate through the situation like a seasoned pro! This is why I will return !"

"Immaculate vibes and an incredible pool area. Was extremely happy with these qualities. Food needs work- it was ok to good, but it was difficult to make on property food to work for my picky kids (who are not really that picky). Do better here and this would be probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at."
