"My wife and I stayed there overnight before heading on a cruise from South Hampton to Spain and Portugal. The hotel was outstanding and close to the cruise port. She took care of us from check-in to check-out, especially my grandnieces with special treats. Listen up Village Hotel Management, you have a gem in Zara and her customer service skills and empathy for guests should be taught to all staff. On this trip I stayed in six hotels from London to Paris to Amsterdam, but I can say that the Village Hotel stay was the second to none because of Zara. "
