"Perfect in every way."

"Wonderful 2 night stay for a walking weekend, exceptional customer service and superb food."

"The Pilsley Inn is the quintessential English country side experience. The room was thoughtfully appointed and way bigger than expected. Cozy bed, nice linens and thoughtful touches everywhere. The staff were delightful, each and every one of them. And the food…omg, the food! So good! We wish we booked more than one night!"

"The Fischers have provided a beautiful country manor and gardens for the use of guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious."

"Very friendly service but the room was cold and when we asked for heating it was only turned on for an hour so was cold again in the morning. Door to the bathroom didn’t shut properly and the handle was half unscrewed."

"The hotel and room was extremely clean , the staff were lovely and it is very dog friendly"

"We stayed in a four poster bedroom in late October 26. The hotel is a fascinating place (in a good way). Steeped in history but extremely well maintained. The bedroom was superb, luxurious and super clean with a very comfortable bed. We had both evening meal and breakfast at the hotel. Both were exceptional and decent value too. The staff were all professional, polite and friendly. Only minor gripe is the parking. The hotel parking itself is small and tight. Plus you will need to be there...

"Absolutely beautiful and quaint, similar to what you see in period movies and tv shows. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend suite 1. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room and en-suite were remodeled recently, keeping the old world charm with updated amenities."

"Loved this place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the service with a smile very welcoming. Will definitely return here."

"Lots of accommodation option in separate estate cottages attached to the pub"
