"The property is beautiful and very comfortable. Immaculate with everything you need. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and then explored the downtown shops, restaurants and gardens. Tim and Barb are amazing hosts who gave us and our extended family, who were also visiting Stratford, full enjoyment of their beautiful patio and yard. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much. Location is perfect-walking distance to everything."

"The house itself was wonderful. It's a brand new build so everything is fresh and new. And it had good amenities but could have used a few more kitchen staples like tea towels and extra dish cloths and some additional lighting would have been nice. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see so it was perfect that way. Only issue we had is that no where was it indicated that the development the house is located in is an active construction area either on the listing nor in email...

"little trouble with communication to check in (part my fault) the basement suite has recently been refinished with new appliances etc. 2 nice large bedrooms. The floor from above is kind of squeaky but the people upstairs where very quiet. Location was great easy walk to downtown theatres Jobsite brewery (great place) overall would stay again. would give it 4 out of 5"

"Arrived too late to get to the store for groceries. Mark & Paul made sure we had coffee supplies for the morning, and stocked the fridge with necessities. Greeted us upon arrival, had a lovely chat, made us feel right at home. Gracious and considerate hosts. Beautiful property, and exactly what we needed while attending an event in a nearby small town. Would definitely stay again!"
