"We had 3 rooms, 2 were city side and were great, the 3rd was Docklands side and we heard trains all night 2 were twin rooms, 1 was King room. King room there is no door on the amenities but the is in the twin room."

A little disappointed that we use to get a week of parking for $1 if we spent 2-300 dollars upgrading our room, was not available with this booking so we were out of pocket an additional $245. Breakfast has dropped down a few notches in regards to options, everyone is virtually eating the same meal as the choice of hot menu is very limited, and still no egg options, as opposed to scrambled eggs every morning. The coffee machines have all been removed aswell. Other than that, we always are happy with the Hotel and location."

"Arrogant dsek staff who refused to let my wife, daughter and three young children check in (who had been caught in a thunderstorm and were scared, soaking wet and cold), because the Hotels.com booking was in my own name. My wife had ID with Medicare card, drivers license with address, and my mobile number as proof of identity. Even after I had uploaded the booking reference number with my wife named as a guest, the smart-arse on the desk said he "couldn't read it. Will never stay there again and will advise my many dozens of fellow travellers we regularly share trips with, not to consider this venue. We have travelled around the world many times and locally dozens of times, and have never struck such a moronic group of desk staff (who by the way could barely speak or be understood in our native language).
