"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."

"The property was beautiful. Wonderful lobby and excellent room. Wonderful views of Vesuvius. The grounds have numerous orange trees and we got fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast. We did not utilize the pool or spa and spent our days seeing the ruins of Herculaneum, Oplontis, Villa San Marco, and Villa San Ariana. Wee hadd seen Pompeii before. We also travelled to Naples and saw the docks, saw the Duomo, and saw the amazing MANN (MUSEO ARCHEALOGICA NATIONALE NAPLES`0."

We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good. Service and wait staff at on the rooftop was great constantly bringing towels, adjusting our umbrella, etc. It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport.
