Great location, fantastic view, clean room, friendly staff.

We were lucky not to get a hotel in Hallstatt and found this fantastic resort on nearby Lake Wolfgang. This is historic building expanded into a wonderful lakeside resort, with an amazing spa, indoor and outdoor pools, wonderful restaurant, and excellent service. The room was large with a lake view, but a very small patio. The restaurant for breakfast was one of the best of our Europe trip, and the 6 course chef's dinner in the lake view restaurant was superb. The service was among the best...

Hotel was lovely and staff was really helpful. It's a great area with lots of local activities (and kid friendly) within walking distance.

Great place , recommend to everyone

The room was clean and its kid friendly. We enjoyed our one night stay here

Nice modern hotel which once an insurance company. So you have the feel of staying in an historic hotels with modern amenities.

Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

The property is beautiful, the rooms very clean, modern, and spacious and the staff is truly top notch. The woman who works at the front desk (manager…maybe owner?) is exceptionally kind, accommodating, and informative. We will absolutely stay again.

Wonderful experience in this amazing hotel. To the points that matter the most: room was very comfortable (including very nice bed and excellent shower pressure); breakfast with great variety and good quality; staff very polite and helpful; check in and check out very fast and efficient. Definitely coming back and definitely recommend to others!

My stay was great and easy. No issues.

Excellent service and property

Super friendly staff, frint desk and bar staff. Nice accommodations. Not far from the train and the cable car.

Great location. Lots nearby. Excellent service. Very comfortable room.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Staff extremely helpful. Clean and well maintained rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Easy check-in and parking, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and appreciated the free drink. Would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel staff thrives in offering excellent service.

Amazing staff, very friendly and family owned hotel!! Because it’s family owned, it has working hours. BE SURE TO CHECK IN BETWEEN 3PM - 7:59PM (5 hour window). There will be nobody there after hours, and if you’re arrive late, you have to give them a heads up a few hours ahead. Not very convenient if you’re flying in late, however, the rooms are SPACIOUS, and the bathroom is nice!!! One of the bigger European hotel rooms we’ve stayed at!!!! Highly recommended once you’ve arrived! The only...

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The views are amazing and the hotel is something out of a good movie. The staff were terrific. We went on a guided one hour torch nature walk that the hotel puts on Friday night. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in the world.
