"Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. "

"This home is the most impressive we have stayed at...including the best resorts. No matter what you could think of needing, Paul has taken care of it. The property managers are easy to contact and so very helpful. The location is even better than Exuma Bay. With 2 washers and dryers you are able to do all of your laundry so plan on bringing less clothing. The pool is heated and has lights for evening and night swimming. There are plenty of floats, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board to enjoy. The area is safe. My favorite was the kitchen, being an at home cook, I loved having EVERYTHING you would need to grill, bake, pan fry. The bathrooms are straight out of a magazine and the tubs are not to miss. We watched the sunrise each morning. There are so many other things I could say about this fine home. But the final thing is this...my family, friends, and I will be back. "

"We stayed here for my 60th Birthday. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach matts, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the gardens are so pretty and private and the location is superb. 7 properties in 30 acres, totally private in a private quiet road with its own beach for residents! The pool has sun loungers and inflatables in the garage. The annexe was so nice and none of us wanted to leave. The host gave us so much information and was so helpful. I don’t think you could get a better villa and location in Exuma . As we are from the Uk it’s a long way for us but if I was in America I would be going here every year. Amazing, Amaxing Amaxing !
