Everything was excellent from the professional and friendly staff to room cleanliness.

I extended my stay at this hotel. It's right in the middle of downtown, across from Nakuru Station and near the matatus stands. My room was by the window, so I could hear the sounds of the city outside while looking out at the hills and mountains in the background — it all felt like part of the experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, peaceful. The staff were consistently kind, thoughtful, and graceful. Breakfast was included with every night’s stay and offered excellent value....

Clean rooms, clean restroom, comfortable beds, friendly staff, fast and easy check-in, breakfast was decent, hotel restaurant food was delicious 😋 The hotel manager kindly provided information on a Safari tour agency to explore Lake Nakuru National Park.

Everything was at a high standard, beyond what I expected. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was well sorted and clean, the food in the restaurant was very good.

Food was good but music at night was too loud

Great stay, staff made me feel exuberant, and at relaxing.. catering to all my needs, wants and desire. Politely prepare my meal and ask did I need anything else. Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! Would definitely tell my friends visiting to choose this Hotel.
