"Service workers were wonderful and efficient. The property unfortunately wasn’t what we expected. It smelled heavily of cigarettes and air fresheners and I ran into two cockroaches during my stay. The laundry was not available for guests but front desk staff were helpful and would wash hotel linens if requested. Many guests seemed to live on the property itself, and they were friendly as well. They upheld themselves on their service animal policy beautifully and treated us very respectfully for the duration of the trip. I wish that the hotel would have been just a little more comfortable all in all."
