"Our check-in was wonderful. The woman (long hair and glasses) was welcoming and informative.
The room was very nice, and breakfast was pretty good. Our only complaint was an AC unit that was way too loud."
"We checked in after 11:30 PM. Got to our room - got in bed, woke up approx 30 minutes later & the air conditioner quit working. Weather temps had been 100 degrees during the day. So now it's after midnight, we're exhausted"
"The location is great—right at the top of Main Street—and the front desk was great at check-in. Our room had a nice little balcony and a peek-a-boo view down the hill. But the room amenities were funky: no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom, no bottled water, and a bed frame slightly bigger than the mattress. The parking pass was a real plus, given the tourist traffic on Main Street.
Our stay was pleasant, but the rooms could use just a bit more TLC."
"This place is amazing! The staff is wonderful & are so attentive. Beautiful views, such a convenient shuttle, the kitchen, washer & dryer, all so wonderful! The breakfast was also delicious. They even have e-bikes that we took out for the morning. Would absolutely stay here again!"
"Overall experience was great. Stayed in a luxury suite and it was perfect. Whether it’s a short or extended stay, the property has everything you need with various essentials located nearby. Definitely will stay here again."
"Everything about the hotel was great! But the broiler broke the morning we left and we had to take ice cold showers. The staff was great and taking care of us in the ways they could but because we booked through a third party we have had to deal with Expedia to see if we can get a refund."
