"Well maintained and clean room."

"I thought this was an excellent propety to stay. I was in Seattle for one night and was looking for basic accommodations and this hotel fit the bill. The room was clean and well stocked with coffee and tea. I read reviews where people complained about the TV being old and the hotel was dated. If a modern TV is important, then choose to stay somewhere else. Its a 2-star hotel and that's what you get. Breakfast is cereal, fruits and yogurt. There's waffles and scrambled eggs too but i didn't have any of those. Coffee is in the lobby all day. The man who checked us in was kind and patient. He had a difficult customer before us and was diplomatic and didn't lose his cool. The only complaint I have (and it's minor) is that the jacuzzi jets for the hot tub did not work. It was heated and the pool was nice. These are outdoors so obviously weather dependent. I will stay here again when I'm in Seattle and looking for something no frills but nice. I can tell you i have spent more on hotels in the past and they were dumps. This place is good. As a bonus, if you like Chick-Fil-A, there's one next door, just a short walk though the parking lot."

"This hotel is what I love about HIE all over the country. Systemic uniformity and the expectation of at least the minimum of the brands standards being kept. This little hotel isn’t the newest, and is in the most inconvenient location to get to the parking lots (hidden behind other businesses- you sort of have to go through parking lots to get to it). But the rooms are exactly what you get from the east coast to the west coast and from the south to the north. The breakfast is dependent on who is stocking it. Day one was a coffee bottle neck because the lady forgot to hit the start button after about 4 people complained about needing new coffee, I thought people where going to go brew it themselves at that point, the next day, different lady, no waiting on anything. The spa was down which wasn’t a bonus as I was hold and looking forward to hot tub but the pool is a decent size."
