"Wonderful experience! We could walk out of our room to enjoy the water. Nice amenities too! Kayaks and more available, excellent breakfast every morning, way better than the standard breakfast. We would definitely stay there again."

"The place was a bit more weathered than we could tell in the pictures but it was perfectly fine for our needs. There are several other cottages on the property and all other tenants were kind and respectful to each other. The boat ramps are generally unusable due to both thick mud and very shallow water, but there is a very usable ramp at the marina down the road for only 10. I was told the dock could handle a boat with a 2’ draft however that really is not the case. Cudjoe bay in general is very shallow so be careful if you’re not familiar with the area. All in all it was a nice place for the price and we enjoyed our stay very much."

"We ended up at a different property than we booked with but it was still nice. The host was nice and quick to answer any questions. The only issues we had was one room the ceiling fan didn't work and the lounge chair outside was broken. Very nice gated community. Loved the salt water pool. It was a very beautiful community."

"Delightful cottage. It can get a little warm without central AC but the window units do a pretty good job of cooling it down. The kitchen doesn’t have a unit and had I actually wanted to cook I imagine it might be too hot. But if you’re not planning to cook and just need a nice comfortable space for o relax after a full day on and in the water this is it! We will definitely be looking to come back next year."
