"I was traveling with a co-worker and booked two rooms, one in my name one in his. He arrived before me and the hotel staff refused to let him check in saying that his ID wasn't valid despite the fact that it was a CA state photo ID with the name matching the one on the reservation. They only let him check in once I arrived. I've booked rooms for other people in my party at plenty of hotels and have never had an issue like this. I can only think that the fact that he is Black and I look white had something to do with how he was treated. Aside from checking in the hotel was fine."

"We had an incredible stay at Loews Hollywood! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the location and the fact that we were steps away from the Walk of Fame, the TLC Chinese Theater and Madame Tussauds. We also loved the close proximity to some terrific restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!"
