"This is a brand new property. Everything I wanted or needed was accounted for. It has a full kitchenette, nice bathroom, and a decent sized sleeping area (I was in the one king bed option). The exterior landscaping is not complete yet so I couldn’t fairly rate that. I was in the area for a dog-related event and there were many other dog owners staying here, as well. Neither my dogs nor I were ever bothered at all with noise, either in the hallway or coming from other rooms. The only issue I had, at all, was that the amount of available outside property to walk one’s dogs is limited. This may possibly become better once the landscaping is finished. "

"Would definitely stay there again. We usually stay in 4 or 5 star accomodations so are expectations were a little lower but it far exceeded them. Super close to the bars and restaurants."
