"We only used the room as a base overnight whilst visiting Lincolnshire showground but the hosts made us feel welcome and showed us around the room on check in. The kitchenette was a nice addition, especially the fridge so we could keep our drinks for the weekend cool overnight. We’ll be looking to book again for next year!"

"This was a nice hotel/pub to stay in. Very close to lots of amenities and a lovely park just across the road. One I will gladly use again if back in the area. "

"Wonderful property in a stunning location. However, so sorry and disappointed to say; * we were surprised at £2.50 charge per washing machine load - we have never been charged extra for using a washing machine in a property before. You therefore need loose change, if you want to do any laundry * nowhere in the apartment to hang washed laundry / wet dog towels / wet dog coats (an airer would be useful). * no dishwasher, so we unfortunately found dirty crockery and cutlery (these are only as clean as previous guests leave them 🙈) * intermittent smell of sewage in the shower room for two of our three days * quiet whirring fan type noise all night, it wasn’t an extractor * worth noting; there is no welcome pack, just a few teabags. There are no local shops, so you need to take supplies with you or shop at the nearest services about 2.5mls away * guests are requested to strip the bed and bag up all the towels and bedding "

"We chose the house because it was equidistant for everyone to travel to. We had 3 cars and there was ample parking for all of them. The house & gardens were amazing.We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ (although it is different from the photo ) Everyone commented on how comfy and luxurious the bed/bedding was. The layout of the kitchen and dining area is better than the photos too and we enjoyed breakfast and playing games & dominoes on the table. The Friendship inn provided an excellent venue for Fridays evening meal and is literally 2 minutes walk away. Sam’s communication was very prompt and helpful and we all highly recommend the property as a place to stay.Thank you for helping us make great memories."

"Vine cottage is set in a beautiful quiet village, with close proximity to Lincon and surrounding area, the cottage is very big and a great space to accommodate large families, we loved the location and size of the property. Unfortunately the cleaning wasn’t as good as it could of been, currently draw full of crumbs and food still left on some of the utensils, the cottage was full of cobwebs which we had to go round and remove as the children went comfortable with the amount there were, the dishwasher was still full from the previous guests and the dishwasher could definitely do with a good clean, the overalls cleanliness of the kitchen wasn’t great, the floor was dirty my children’s socks were black. Once of the blinds in the children’s room didn’t work and there was no curtains so the children couldn’t use that room, the bed in the master bedroom wasn’t in the best condition and one of the metal Suport brackets had come off from under bed, we decided not to use it and change into the other room, we were fortunate enough that there was only four guest otherwise this could of been a problem, the mattress in the main room is in desperate need of replacing and to was disappointed to find there were no mattress or pillow protectors, the mattress have stains on an not pleasant for others to be sleeping in. The carpets need a good clean as stained. The cottage is full of character and could be a little gem but in desperate need of some Tlc we had a good couple of nights .the"
