"We know the Estancia property well and really enjoyed staying at this Estancia unit in Cabo. Location is a corner unit on the ground level with comfortable beds, updated furniture and all the cookware essentials. We prefer Estancia (ownership) over the Villa Del Palmar (timeshare) because the amenities, rooms, service are a level above. And the pool is noticeably warmer at Estancia than over at Villa Del Palmar...a huge plus! Check-in was extremely easy and took around 5 minutes. Our kids loved...

"It was my husbands and my first trip to Cabo.The condo was amazing and the view breathtaking.We both decided this will be our only choice whenever we return to Cabo.The location was great not too far from the attractions yet far enough from all the crowds, traffic and tourists. The community was quiet, pool was great and bar was on point. Beach access was just down stairs and beautiful.Thank you again for sharing your property with us.We absolutely loved it."

"The property is beautiful- the view, the condo, the location - all just perfect. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. There are two grocery stores very close. Quiet location except for one night. There is a private club next door & there was a party that blasted music until 6 am one night. Other than that it is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Loved it. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights. We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. "This is a beautiful property in a good neighborhood. There is a park nearby as well as easy walk to the grocery store and you can get anything you need there. Only problem we had was unable to exchange USD to pesos. Alot of places do not accept credit cards. You need to tip at grocery for 2 people who bag your grocerys. Bring small bills as it is difficult to get the correct change for USD."

"Benny started us out on the right foot with a great tour of the beautiful condo and set us up with a whale watching and snorkeling trip that beat our expectations. In addition he setup a private chef, Blanca, Jesus, and Estrella were awesome and made our family an incredible feast. "We were in Cabo for a wedding next door at the Cape.we could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is beautiful (the pictures do not do it justice). It’s well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and for day or two at the beach. The pool right outside with a bar and grill makes it so easy and the convenience store onsite has a wide variety of items you may need/want. We will definitely be back!"

"The location would be perfect except for the hill to walk up to get to the closet beach. To get to the marina, it is best to walk through the mall to avoid the hill as well. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Ivan meet us when we arrived and took care of everything we needed with a "I take care of it" and a smile and follow through."

"The listing stretches the truth a bit, such as I couldn’t see evidence of a recent remodel, but the unit did look just like the photos. It’s a beautiful, peaceful location, short walk to the pier. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. I was disappointed that the listing says there may be resort fees. When you get there, the check in paperwork and instructions in the condo, tell you what the resort fees are. There are definitely resort fees, you should fix the listing."

"This was our second time staying in the villas at Montecristo. The resort is beautiful and has much to offer. Dining options are great and shuttle transportation is prompt and drivers are courteous. The villas are spacious and the private pool and hot tub are top on our priority since pools in the resort are crowded. The villa was clean, but the floors needed to be mopped. The villas could also use some updating and TLC. Overall, great place and I would return. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It was very clean, modern, had everything you needed, and was in a safe environment. The bedrooms were really nice, each with large bathrooms! There were three porches and the backyard had a huge hot tub, nice pool and putting range. It was a great place to relax and unwind each evening.
