"We just finished our second annual visit staying in the larger model in the Novaispania community through Ted (Thomas). Our group is very hard to please. However, Novaispania and Ted nails it on all accounts. Theses homes are perfect: Four large bedrooms with bathrooms (all en-suite), great kitchen with top appliances, washer & dryer, flat panel TVs in every room, beautiful courtyard and the backyard is amazing with pool, jacuzzi, bbq, bar, sunken fire pit, music and TV. "The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management."
