"The visual and aesthetics were amazing. The below average condition of the property made me rate it in such a way. Slide door is tilted, bathroom separation glass was leaking to the restroom seat. The bathroom windows had no mesh making insects and mosquitos swarming the room. In conclusion, the room was nice, the hospitality was great and its location to major attraction areas was a plus other than that I have wished it was in a better condition than stated in previous reviews. "

"The hotel staffs are all very nice and kind. At first we booked Spa villa, but we were not happy with the villa. The pool is too small and the villa looks old and not well maintained. After we contacted the staffs about this matter, they quickly help us to resolve this matter by assisting us upgrade into pool villa. Pool Villa is definitely alot better and well maintained than spa villa.However the food overall is 5/10. Nasi goreng and mihun goreng are both good. In-room service bbq food...

"I was scheduled to land and arrive after hours when checkin desk would be closed. I tried for 5 days to reach out to make arrangements however the hotel would not respond, either to me or the Expedia reps whom i was dealing with. I was only able to make reservations elsewhere through the help of the relocation team at Expedia. If not for them i would have been stranded in a country half way around the world..."

"Loved the breakfast buffet and their perfect pest control. The hotel area and each villas are beautiful and clean every single day. The room service foods were just ok and the interior finishing was not perfect, but overall, it was worth the price and was located in rather quiet area of Seminyak."
