"Excellent place due to cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and proximity / walking to Parliament buildings and Byward market which we love to frequent for breakfast and meals. Parking is a bit of a pain (no parking onsite), but valet parking is available. We have found that is is MUCH cheaper and just as easy to park our vehicle ourselves in the parking garage a 5-7 min. walk away. "

"The hotel was clean enough, it's pretty good for the price and even though the surroundings aren't great, the location is close to popular spots, so it depends on what you are looking for or what you want. The parking is really small, there is a warning on the sote so we knew but it was worse thna expected, but I think that was on us. The staff, specially Haley, Hailey I believe is her name, was incredibly nice"

"I had a short stay but the room was spacious, everything was very clean, staff were friendly. The location is perfect for exploring downtown The breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay again."

The room was quite dusty & I found medication from a previous guest under the chair so I’m guessing it hadnt been vacuumed or dusted in a bit. Bathroom was clean tho. Sadly, the walls are paper thin and I could hear everything from adjoining rooms and the one right above me. "
