"Comfortable rooms with lots of space"

"Room was clean, pool was nice, activity room was a little dated and missing some components for a couple of the games. Hotel itself is a bit dated, but seems there are some renos being done. Overall, had a good time with our family. "

"It’s in a great spot but the parking is valet, it was a busy day so no where to pull in, we ended up going to a public lot but wasn’t much cheaper. For a fairmont property, looking dated (carpeting, big curtain hanging in lobby), I know, it’s old, but it’s starting to look it. The room was fine. Front desk wouldn’t give fairmont points (not sure the program, wife cousin was with us and he collects) as we booked on Expedia. Unless you are getting a good rate, I’d probably try somewhere else. "

"We often stay here when in Ottawa. We love the location, spacious suites, good breakfast (included), and staff always so pleasant. Kitchens could be better equipped but they provide bare minimum. "
