The service was outstanding, with regular and well-organized room service. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. "I stayed one night in this hotel and write this review with pleasure. Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. From helping with the baggage at the time of checking in or out to finding a taxi and everything I need as guest, the assistance and attention I received was exemplary. "

"The Union Hotel Port is a boutique hotel. It is busy, but does not have the high-volume traffic that larger hotels experience due to their size. Consequently, it allows Sam, Mariam, and other Union Hotel Port staff members the opportunity to extend a personal touch to each of its guests. They certainly made me feel at home, although I was thousands of miles away from home.
