"After a long day I returned to the hotel very late, around 1am, and for some reason my key card was no longer working to get back into my room. I was fearful I was going to be stuck outside my room since it was so late, however I went to the front desk and amazingly there was someone there who was able to help out right away. I was very happy to have that service!"
