Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too."

However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair).
