Beautiful hotel, with superb service (with one exception). The physical beauty of this hotel brings the beauty of the sandstone exteriors to life with interiors which are more than a match. The staff revel in all the material the hotel designers and resident historian and forager have given them to play with. Breakfast and dinner in the Brasserie are superb and the rooms are very large and lush. The hotel is still ramping up and keeping up the personal level of service will be a challenge but...

Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was great for all of the tourist attractions and public transit to navigate the city. Great tea in room and clean and comfortable room.

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!

The property, amenities, and staff were all first-rate. Our room, a one-bedroom apartment, really, was spacious and comfortable; we made good use of the kitchen and washer/dryer in our suite and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and pool available on the premises. We took advantage of the many restaurants, shops, and services within a few minutes walk from the lobby, and made good use of the subway just a little further on for our exploration of downtown Sydney. Highly recommended.

We were there for a cruise and the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable we will be staying again when we return for our next vacation

This hotel met all of my expectation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The furniture is new. The feel internet is definitely a plus.

Unbelievably enjoyable experience, a great hotel with incredible facilities. The location can't be beat, right at the heart of Sydney.

We stayed at the Meriton (Campbell) in September 2017. Taking the train from the International Airport terminal to Central Station was quick and easy. We got in at 7:30PM so the train was rather empty. Getting an Opal card at the airport for the train was quick and easy as well. Once at Central Station finding Pitt street was a little confusing, but once I figured out where we were, it was a quick 5-10 min walk to the hotel. At the hotel we were greeted by Reese who was really pleasant...

It’s close to airport and convenient.
