Very good experience, staff friendly and helpful, room perfect (if a little small), but perfect for a business overnight stay. Well located in Ryde near many many restaurants.

This is a great location! Next to a park, two blocks from the big Westfield indoor mall (has food court, shops and 3 grocery stores), and the many restaurants of Burwood (mainly Asian). It’s also close to the Burwood train station where you can take the express train into Sydney center. The apartment is very well appointed, full fridge/freezer, washer/dryer as well. Everything is very clean and organized. There’s no daily cleaning, but the staff is very nice and if you need anything refilled...

GENERAL: Everything was spacious, roomy, and new. The building is right next to a river, with a walkway/sidewalk on the bank that was relaxing to walk along. BEDROOM: The king-size bed took up most of the bedroom but there was still room enough to walk on 3 sides of the bed. There was good access to the large closet on one side. Very nice, will stay again

We have been welcomed by the staff nicely although they do not accept early check ins due to holiday (New Year) but all our stuff have been accepted for safe keeping. A welcome coffee and muffins is a delight. The spacious 2 bedroom balcony was a sight to see. Complete with kitchen tools and everything you need to complete a worry free travel. The staff was exceptional!!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and I would rate the staff at this hotel the best I have ever experienced. My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!

I must say I was skeptical going into this apartment kind of hotel stay, but was so relieved that I experienced the Meriton Chatswood. Hotel staff upon arrival was great. My accommodations was more than I expected. It was like I was at home with all the amenities of home at my fingertips. You can cook and access all needs that are required to cook. It was our first time at Meriton Suites and we will most definitely come again. Besides the view of the city, the suite we stayed in was accommodating. Washer and dryer allowed to keep our clothes clean ready for the entire time we were there. The amenities were above and beyond expectations. I would recommend this hotel because of its convenience downtown and closeness to trains, bus and transportation services.
