"We stayed here while visiting Syracuse University. It’s very close by so it’s super convenient. The price for the room was very reasonable. The room was nice and comfortable. The pillows on the bed are great. The free breakfast is great—a lot of options. There’s also a lot of snacks and drinks you can buy which is great to have on property. The front desk staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. If my daughter ends up going to Syracuse I will definitely stay there again."

"We had a decent one-night stay at this local hotel. The room was clean and breakfast was filling. However, when booking online make sure you tell them that and don't plan on getting a receipt. Keep track of your fees using the booking site/app."

"It was a nice hotel with helpful staff. Uber away from Syracuse college and mall. Bad points the restaurant Daniella's steakhouse is there at the hotel but only with reservations. Which sucks! The elevators were not working and no safe in the room! Staff was helpful and understanding. Recommend this hotel"

"Self-service check-in was a new experience. The hotel is brand new, so it is in great conditions as of Aug 2026. We only stayed one night, but the hotel is for long stays with a mini-kitchen. However, for such purpose, you will need to purchase the tools for cooking or bring them yourself, which is different from other long-stay chains."

"Wonderful 1920’s hotel. We have stayed a number of times over the last few years. It is safe, intersting and convenient to Syracuse University. We have just loved the historical features of the hotel. Not fancy, but clean comfortable and friendly. Now it is being overhauled by A chain and remodeling is feeling cheep. Room doors over painted and sticking badly. Other minor things we were willing to chalk up to growing pains until we learned about the generic overhaul of the lobby planned to obliterate the charming and gorgeous carved cement entrance . I’m happy to see a great old hotel get saved, but no need to take away its charm!"
