"Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund"

"Absolutely horrible. As soon as we walked into the room we saw stains everywhere. Hair in the bathroom, electrical outlets hanging out the wall, crumbs on the bed, stained bedsheets…everything was just stained. Windows weren’t locked and the bathroom tub was filthy. I checked the mattress and it had this huge brown stain on it and it looked like residual of bed bugs. We stayed maybe 5 mins before telling the manager that we want a refund and that we will be leaving due to it being so dirty. I contacted Expedia asking for my refund and they ignored Expedia and when I called asking for my refund the desk worker hung up on me two times. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a homeless person. "

"The place has a TON of potential. I am unsure if they are in the process of doing some upgrades, but it appears they were. I would stay again, but wouldn't be my first option. It did the job. Unfortunately, they did not have soap or shampoo in the room, I had to go to the front desk. The staff was definitely friendly and tried to help out. I was only there for one night."

"My first room had a sofa bed with no mattress. It wasn’t even a sofa bed and that’s what I paid for second room had a sofa bed, but the mattress had like 10 holes in the mattress and it was dirty unsanitary. Also, they mislead you with telling you when you get there that they don’t clean your room for two days and then when you ask again, they say the clerk said four days when they clean your room very terrible experience. I would never go there again. "
