The whole vibe was great, including provided kimonos, private dinner rooms, communal breakfast, multiple onsens, gorgeous garden. Meals were wonderfully traditional.Very laid back atmosphere but very professional and conscientious service. The front desk was very helpful."

The hotel is close to Fuji Q Highland bus and train station as well as walking distance from Kawaguchiko station which connects you to other parts of the area and beyond. I loved the onsen facilities at the hotel and thought the area was clean and well organised. Breakfast buffet was lovely and restaurant has great views of Mount Fuji."

"The best part of the hotel is to wake up in the morning and look out your window to view Mt. Fuji. The hotel is dated, but has been tastefully updated over the years."

We really enjoyed the location by the lake and a short stroll for food, bike rental and Kawaguchiko Station. We stayed in a Japanese style room and found it very comfortable and plenty of space. Hot tip - don’t miss going to the onsen, the view of Mt Fuji is spectacular!"
