"The stay itself was lovely, but arrival was frustrating. I waited over 20 minutes for check-in because the desk was unattended—the staff member on duty was juggling both front desk duties and luggage assistance. The employee handled everything well, but the property clearly needs more coverage during busy check-in windows."

"Indoor garage definitely a plus- sketchy outside as there were people in the lot looking into cars during check in before pulling into garage. Other than that, everything fine. Clean, efficient, good breakfast before heading out."
