"This is a really run-diwn, partially renovated, old hotel. Very basic, no frills. There were dirty dishes in the hallway, when i checked in - they were still there two days later. The lobby looks nice, its all smoke & mirrors."

"Room Had no air-conditioning and we could not sleep at all throughout our stay. Staff was not able to repair it or switch a room for us. I would never ever stay there again. Also - the lock on th bathroom locked and no-one could assist us to get into the bathroom . Horendous experience overall. Will need credit for the stay"

"We stayed for four nights. Pros: The night staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff did come in to clean quickly after we had requested. Cons: The breakfast and coffee was pretty horrible. We ended up having to buy our own coffee and breakfast somewhere else. They are pretty old school when it comes to the tv…. Usually we are able to sign in to our Netflix, Hulu and so on at other hotels. We weren’t able to do so here, which was a disappointment. There’s no room service which was an inconvenience. The elevator was down and no one notified us or other hotel guest. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Very conveniently located, there’s food and shopping all around transit as well… It’s close to the freeway and the airport so it’s a perfect location to stay if you want to go to different cities, i.e. Tacoma, Seattle, Puyallup Federal Way, Olympia, etc."
